On a positive note, the setting up of commercial teams is exactly what I want to hear, is this the change in direction we have all been waiting for? Yes we have been told many times by previous management that we had already moved into commercialisation, but had we really?

FGR is a small cap company that is starting out in relatively uncharted territory, with directors that are experienced in their own way but likely not specialised enough to take us where we need to go in reasonable time frame. Enter Mike Bell with a previous position of "Senior Vice President of Business Development & Marketing" for ST Engineering, an $11B monster that has direct connections into many of the industries we are trying to break into. Mike is more or less staking the rest of his career on this move, if her fails they'll be talking about how he messed up such an opportunity in a race that the company was arguably leading in, but If he succeeds he will be known in business circles as the guy who risked it all, sailed the high seas to pioneer the beginning of the graphene future.

All we can do now is wait for anything that was already in the pipeline to come to fruition, while Mike re-organises FGR's commercial activities into something resembling those of ST engineering. Reaching out to past contacts and connecting FGR to the people that actually make the big decisions.

It will certainly take more than a crappy Friday night announcement to convince me, but I'm quietly hopeful that this is a step in the right direction and it couldn't have come soon enough.
