    Not surprising since Gideon couldnt even be bothered coming to Australia for the AGM but i bet he still gets his performance shares after switching jobs. If he actually does become an ESE director i will laugh.

    What is the new guy going to do with $5.9 million which is 6 months worth of operating expenses and no revenue? Credit raise or announce a new deal then credit raise?
