Hi mugsley - I don't agree about the $20 something million bing covetted It's piddling in the scheme of things.

My view is that any/all money would be distributed fairly. FO seems to believe that; and the ex chairman too ?. How much though is a another question.

But the tenements ? They might be of interest to Gandel Metals, as were ORS's Tenements ..... I just can't conceive of AGS being able to continue without expanding the board to include some independent directors; And then again - directors like to forget failures - as do we all ! .. Just my own mere view of AGS's future.
