This is also a bit of a nothing announcement in that they've simply found a way to sell surplus stock. The fact that sales will go through Hofseth is something that was always going to occur as announced many months ago when they inked the equity deal. The partnership has just come to a head.

Best to sell or sit on sidelines until better value in the stk emerges. Now is definitely the wrong time to hold or buy into this company. The new CEO has his work cut out for him however I do like his background/history with the company. It will bode well for the future as their primary focus should be stripping out costs.
I had a look at the AGM notes. SHs would have to have rocks in their head to approve rem/payout resolutions. The greed is sickening considering its financial position.
