What really bothers me is why this announcementis made “Non-Price Sensitive”. If Chinese New E-commerce law is Price Sensitive,why not this one?!

 

It was not announced immediately after the new regulationcame out does not mean it is not “Price Sensitive”

 

I understand that Chinese New E-commerce Law could be “PriceSensitive” due to uncertainty of this law. However, this announcement of newCBEC regulation removed major concerns from Chinese New E-commerce law as itconfirmed English Labelled products can be sold as usual and Daigous can stillsend Australian products to China as “Personal goods”, which could mean thatmost individual Daigous are not treated as running business, I think it explains that Daigous should not be governed by Chinese E-CommerceLaw because they are shipping "personal goods" and not running business.

 

A2 does not need to consider how to allocate its productionbased on English Label or Chinese Label anymore. They can just place ordersfrom Sylaint as much as demand is! Even Mr Market thinks this new regulation isprice sensitive! After this announcement, A2 price jumped 10% but has beendeclining since A2 said it is NOT Price Sensitive!
