Okay that pretty much explains what I was suspecting. I suspect they buy the milk at market and transport it to NCA for production, packing and distribution- this is were JAT comes in and handles the distribution via their channel partners. On one hand the risk is with all these other third parties. On the otherhand the business is at the mercy of the supply chain.
