This approach seems to have emanated from Mr Li's playblook. It appears to have been very successful for Tuna and Wagyu beef. It is like making sausages for these guys.
I expect that the marketing and distribution machine will be every bit as powerful and profitable when applied to products that are not related to IF and dairy which appear to be currently considered by most to be the main business at JAT.
