To Tyrion & Razzle, and others on why the shares are offered to select SI's.

The most plausible reason to me is that they are in some way connected to the overall supply / distribution chain and are being incentivised to assist the organisation. As this is an FMCG company selling in to China, it stands to reason that the likelihood is these SI's will be Chinese. There's been plenty of talk in these forums from the pro-JAT side about how important connections are to the distribution and obtaining agreements etc, this is directly correlated to that.

Yes, of course it is possible there's something underhanded to it, but in my opinion it is the less likely scenario.
