My understanding about the "must have" for hospitals was that if they "don't have" a SOZO machine and a patient got lymphoedema in circumstances where a another hospital nearby "did have"..... the patient could/can sue the hospital (remember it's the US here) for lack of appropriate patient care.
That was why this was compelling. That is why NCCN inclusion was so important. I'm assuming this is still the reality?
