Really?
If you look back at many of my posts you will see I am a strong advocate for patient care, it's a great feeling investing in something that actually helps people. From a financial stand point I also need to ensure there is a commercial opportunity here. If that sounds exclusively like my 'BUY' case to you then that's ok however my estimations regarding your intelligence will be diminished.
