After listening to the record again I'm feeling much more positive going fwd. They seem to have a good idea where the bottlenecks are and are confident they'll work them through. I also like the idea of reviewing the price modeling as I'm not confident the last team were milking the device as much as it could be.
CDX were hopeless managing their cash balance but you could not fault their lead up work prior to launch. I also like their approach to using their device analytics through a web platform. Thats something I'd like to see IPD do.
If IPD can progress the heart and kidney side of the business that would be a great tie up.
