Unfortunately, it is just one-off sales outside the US .
I think I was told A$20,000, versus $8,000(not sure whether that is USD or AUD) in the US. Twodogs or Acclivity will correct that if it is wrong.
The licence fees in the US are what makes the proposition potentially so lucrative - licence fees only possible because of reimbursement. The viability of the business model depends on the US health system. Sad fact.
