The cobalt is really just a credit , for the Kalkaroo project as with Co at around US$75K a tonne and a 0.012% grade of Co is only worth around $9 a tonne where as the Au at 0.5 grams a tonne is worth around $17 a tonne and the Cu $40 a tonne .
I wonder if the pyrite waste from processing the Cu could be sold or used , as CRB another ASX listed company intend to .
At around $50 a tonne and a remote location transport costs probably rule out export of pyrite , however if the pyrite could be refined down and the sulphur removed it could be a source of sulphuric acid for mines in the area , the Fe fraction if high enough grade could also possibly be sold .
