Understanding of MoA can be very important for FDA approval ( particularly where advisory committees are convened for an approval ). So potential partners or buyers will be keen to see that this understanding of MoA is being developed.
For First In Class treatments it’s probably even more important.
Biomarkers of treatment response are in my view part and parcel of understanding MoA.
