The reasoning was also there - "
De Grey Mining Ltd (ASX: DEG, “De Grey”, “Company”) has been notified that the Company’s shares are now listed and tradeable on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Company’s shares trade under the code “WKN 633879” on the exchange.
The dual listing has been done to support De Grey’s strategy to expand and broaden its European investor base."
