The Tesla phenomenon has captured the imagination of investors and fair enough. After all, they are the ones that kickstarted the EV revolution. But let's not forget that the big OEMs are making significant investments in transitioning their platforms to electric. For example, VW are planning to build several gigafactories for battery manufacture. I suspect VW will be outselling Tesla in numbers of EVs in the near future. Don't get too caught up on the Tesla story. There's a lot more going on in Europe and China where the EV markets are getting big very fast.
