Unfortunately there is a large overhang of shares people bought at higher levels just waiting for a rally to exit. Any good news will have to chew through them.
BUT, this company has a very low MC compared to it's potential, also a relatively small number of SOI.
If they have stopped spending (development),and will now start earning (contracts), things can change very quickly. As I have said before, I'm a believer in virtualplant, and encouraged by the recent quarterly/4C and watching for more contract news closely. GLTAH
