I would just like to say what a good announcement this is in my view.
Raise $5m, getting rid of any cash shortage concerns, and issuing on conversion just under 300k new share, about a dilution of only 1%.
The subtext of course is that whoever put the money in, would have done their due diligence and obviously thinks there is a good chance that its going to work!
