I went onto SARIG tonight to research the Wilkins Prospect.

In the “CUTANA Final Relinqishment Report" (dated Feb 2002), I found the following information that I thought might be of additional interest and also supplement the information provided in the ASX release yesterday:

Between Nov 1995 and Feb 1996, "eight RC holes with two diamond tails were drilled at the Wilkins Prospect to test IP, magnetic and geochemical targets."

The best results came from two of the eight.

"Drill hole M95RCD-WK8 (9268E 6211N) [mentioned in yesterday's HAV release] was drilled to test a magnetic anomaly approximately 2 km east of the main Wilkins workings.

Significant assays are as follows:-

125m from 33m x 0.31% Cu, < 0.1 g/t Au including:-
10m from 42m x 0.61% Cu, 0.14 g/t Au
6m from 60m x 0.52% Cu, 0.25 g/t Au
8m from 80m x 0.55% Cu, 0.16 g/t Au
8m from 100m x 0.86% Cu, 0.22 g/t Au"

and

"Drill hole M96RCD-WK14 (9200E 6240N, declined 60° to 167°) was drilled to test for extensions of mineralisation found in WK8 (75m ESE of WK14) and test the western extension of the magnetic anomaly.

The hole was RC drilled through weathered and partly weathered migmatite and then continued in NQ core in fresh metasediments and melt zones with varying degrees of quartz, magnetite alteration to the end of the hole at 198.35m. Sections with interesting mineralisation in this hole are as follows:-

3.2m from 90.8 m x 0.91% Cu, 0.34 g/t Au including:-
0.8m from 92.2 m x 1.89% Cu, 0.78 g/t Au
3.1m from 102.0 m x 0.79% Cu, 0.26 g/t Au

11.4m from 106.4 m x 0.73% Cu, < 0.1 g/t Au including:-
0.4m from 108.2 m x 6.77% Cu, 0.34 g/t Au
0.8m from 121.3 m x 3.50% Cu, 0.80 g/t Au
2.0m from 136.0 m x 0.68% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au"
