it's interesting as there appears to be no mention of the JV % split in the initial release today... the revised wording in the JORC does change the goal posts quite a bit...
I assume based on the below that the $1m payment occurred in before March 2020 (appears to read this way in the 29th April 2020 announcement) so HMX would end up with a 40% stake... I wonder how that goes down tomorrow?
