Been having a look into some of these new Patterson Tenements, E45/5504,5510,5514,5517,5520,5523,5526,5528 - All seem to be former MLX tenements, CWX being the only applicants. Which is intriguing, as they're all shallow cover (see azy's sweet 3d DEM model) and they've likely never been properly explored in the modern day, with Nifty and Maroochydore being the main focus of the old Birla lot, and MLX never really exploring after them.
