Certain members of senior management have given Inca a less than desirable reputation by their lack of real effort when operating the drilling and planning aspects of the company.
This has changed over the last couple of years and hopefully will lead to much more effective exploration in promising new areas of Oz previously unexplored.
The high chances of failure are there of course, but in a country like Australia the potential is huge.
The fact that we have weathered the financial, and health storms, of the last few years is testimony to the new attitude of the company, brought about by fresh management along with exciting new areas to be explored.
Remember, many companies, in all fields, went under during this period.
To the ones dwelling on past bad experiences, I can only say, don't throw the baby out with the bath water now that is basically a different baby.
