The key words to focus on from the whole release can be found on page 3:
".... The initial samples recovered represent a partial sample of the bedrock and whilst they are indicative of visual copper mineralisation, are not appropriate for analysis...."
Also look out for the words/ phrases: "..appear to...", "...suggest...", "...indicative...", "...possible...", and "...clearer picture..."
I suggest you don't get too excited just yet!!
