    of course tembo is not to blame, the decision rests entirely with the directors. Yeah the jury is not out yet but I don't want to be in a spec. company with billions of shares on issue and I don't trust directors who spring such deals on shareholders, what will the next placement be? 2 billion shares at 1 cent? don't know don't care,
