To me this is a positive announcement. The company was going nowhere without significant funds and it now will be funded for further development. There was another interesting note in the announcement, potential access to future development funding of up to $us15m. Yes, there will be some dilution but that was going to happen whatever. I will be in at .5c for plenty, and on market if they drop below.
