They’ve worded this very well. Very positive way to say that they’re not confident in anything they’ve found so far, so they’re starting from scratch in a new zone with a “redesign” of their exploration process. This all should’ve been done before they decided to throw 10,000 metres of drilling at the ground and swiss cheese every pegmatite they could find, without proper preliminary work
They don’t tell us where this new discovery site/spodumene outcrop is, though it’s riddled with tourmaline and the spodumene is super small/fine grained so not fantastic metallurgically.
Super ambiguous with the diamond drilling.. Are they still testing beneath that large pegmatite? Sounds like if near-surface assays are bad then they won’t be.. “contingent on rig availability”, why even give us timelines on diamond drilling if you don’t have access to a rig? I thought the rig was being mobilised to site and a core cutting/logging facility was being installed? I’ll be having a chat with old mate Gino I reckon.
