Yep I did the same thing, thats why I tagged Taiji he seems to have a good idea about these things.
It was just that one line in the article but I hope it has some foundation to it. We know the Govt finished the strategic review end of Feb I think it was, so seeing/hearing about these possible changes now isnt surprising.
It would be good to get confirmation of planned industry wide changes asap!
