We should see some major reform in 2020 which will be good news for the industry as whole...its looking positive. fingers crossed...

No need to cross fingers @708, (prehaps not this year...yet, if enough australian citizen authorize their rights, it may happen sooner) nevertheless, reforms are happening even it's a diluted version, to possession, recreational use, cultivation, and or as plant food, and or medicinal, therapeutic usage.

It is accumulating with people’s demands; people’s rights and people’s choice of prescribed medicine with proven existing evidence to therapeutic, medicinal usage thru the courts..

In the end people power will demand changes to reform laws, under their rights in the Australian Constitution as citizens of Australia.

Its unfortunate the diluted version of reform does not allow the fullest potential to THC usage, free in its original organic form.

Many people that are familiar with Australian Constitution, diverse in its language, are able to access the plant to its fullest capacity, the fullest dosage in its organic original form, to cultivate, grow as medicine and or plant food, and or medicinal, therapeutic usage, to the true nature of the plant, being free from synthetic or generic modified compositions...

Free from criminalization, free from governments bodies corporation entities, pharmaceutical companies, politicians, prime ministers, police, and judges...

(and many other plants deemed as narcotic for therapeutic and medicinal usage, that many Australian citizens are growing, cultivating, either or as plant food, medicine, medicinal or therapeutic usage )...under their Constitutional Rights as an Australian citizen to the fundamental rights endowed on every human being to his or her Creator to natural rights and or inalienable rights...( yet not 100% sure if that is also known as Written Will ) to Australian Rights...the Rights that cannot be taken away from you as a citizen under the Constitutional Act.

Unfortunately theres is only a minority that have exercised their rights to plant medicine as their form of medicinal medicine as human being to his or her Creator to the use of plant medicine to practice in his or her spiritual beliefs, cultural beliefs as sacred medicine...

Yet that system is changing and gaining momentum from minority to a majority as Australian citizens authorise their rights.

And an example of plant medicine as sacred medicine is allowed to be imported in Australia thru customers under the Therapeutic Goods Act, Schelude 9, as therapeutic herbs, homoeopathic and complementary medicine...as dried bark, dried resin, dried branch, dried root, dried powder, dried leaves, etc...that are less of .02mg/ml in chemical compound, on regilious freedom and that are potential medical benefits and is sacrament in their regilious belief.

The other unfortunate part the new law applies to Canberra, Australia's capital, and all of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT ) This new law, which is slated to go into effect on January 31, 2020, will allow any adult 18 and over to legally possess up to 50 grams (1.76 ounces) of weed, and grow two plants per individual, or four per household. This only applies to Canberra, because the ACT is a territory — not a state...

yet nevertheless, regardless of whether diluted versions of reforms, reforms are moving forward, even if it is only a diluted version to the plant fullest potential.

Yet at least it is moving in the right directions for people to access MM as medicine, and recreational medicines as their preferred prescribed medicinal medicine to the many Australian citizens that are suffering from illness they don’t need...

In the end people power either locally or globally, when they become aware of their rights and authorize their rights will reform laws, as all that is needed is 51% of people globally to consciously overthrow any government.

And the Australian government may be influenced by New Zealand, which will vote on cannabis legalization on 21 November 2020 this year.

If successful, this referendum could make New Zealand the third country in the world to legalize full adult-use after Uruguay and Canada.

All best 708 and best wishes to all CGB holders
