you're partly right. its one thing to state they can get 65.3% from testing but its another to do it day in day out, which is clearly not the case. this plant was built for 58-62% but had shown signs on improving that further. xinhai has received our samples to see if they consistently prodcue the 63-65% with their technology hence the mou with them.
