At this point we may only require working capital as it looks like the company may soon have finance for future plants if Xinhai are as good as they look.
I'm sure management are aware that any further dillution won't be tolerated, so CR is off the table. Just gotta get some payments from IFO and some finance from the Chinese and we're on our way quicker than if we try to do it all ourselves.
