Significant Ann for several reasons. Hopefully set a president for up front payments and pricing. Will put pressure on BMM to put up the cash or miss out on product. Also new customer is confident enough to have NSL process thier ore and then take the end product.
Plant running on two shifts moving to three. Sounds like a fully operational plant to me with some tuning to adjust end product requirements.
Only loose end is the consent for operation.
