the data is preliminary and there will more to come to close out cohort 3 & 4.
the key data points are impressive and yes the disease is terminal but the patients lives have been extended and these are heavily pretreated patients.
would be interested to know how long between diagnosis and treatment for this trial. One would think that there would have been some months between, therefore the true extension of life is even longer.
the two best responses were from dose cohort 1 and 2 from what I gathered.
the results suggest this treatment could become the preferred 2nd line treatment if not the first line. Pretty impressive.
I will need to look into the sales data for the other two 2nd line treatments we out performed as this will be helpful for valuation.
funding remains the biggest concern but this data helps ensure more funding through either placements but better yet this could be commercialised in the medium term and help fund the other trials and progress the remaining pipeline
I expect the combo trial for the nk platform to yield good results and the AML trial with MD Anderson should also be good
to have this GBM trial achieve such good results is simply awesome. I had no expectations of positive results. Keep in mind this was a safety trial and they knocked that out of the park.
long road ahead but CHM has the team and assets to pull it off and I’m patiently watching their progress
