Proof the drug works, by itself is pretty exciting. But to have it work against a solid tumour, and across the blood brain barrier, and with good safety is where the real potential value lies.
GBM has no SOC. We now have significant data, still early but significant none the less, that the drug can achieve disease control and extend life. Because of this we have a very good chance of fast track approval.
Data from the phase 1b extension trial will drive this forward if we can replicate or better these results.
5 other potential cancer targets available means we have a drug that can keep on giving. Two other novel drugs in the pipeline, one already hitting arms.
The current market cap is crazy low. Still a reasonable road ahead, but all steps have been in the right direction so far.
