Time between diagnosis and treatment of some months? Do you mean time between enrollment and treatment? They were all 3rd to 5th line patients, diagnosis occured long before participating is this trial. If you mean time between enrollment and treatment, I'd say a few weeks max. Remember these patients have disease which has progressed on previous line of therapy and have a life expectancy of several months without treatment. They would've been treated pretty promptly once enrolled.

We can't say anything about which cohorts had best responses. We have no data for cohort 4. And the patient from cohort 3 still alive at that point had only started treatment 5 months earlier. Plus the number of patients is likely way to small to make any statistical conclusions about performance between cohorts, even when the full dataset is complete.

Agree with this possibly becoming one of the first lines of therapy. I imagine the registrational trial would be in 3rd line+, due to unmet need and hence likelihood of fast track designation. Once approved, they can easily cashflow further trials as earlier line therapy and other indications.
