Reading back over the announcement regarding Myring agreement with Mithra there was an initial $2.4 m payment to Mithra with a further promise of signicant milestone payments on FDA approval and others thereafter. The way this is being driven down atm am starting to get suspicious that competitor company’s could have sinister holdings in MYX to trade it to the cellar and out of business.Not sure how much debt there is but have a feeling it’s getting towards a precarious level in comparison to the market cap and not much cash to hand out to Mithra for milestone payments whenever that might be re - Myring approval.All things starting to look like a cash raise coming up to me and for those willing may be profitable long term if you have time on your side to pay and hold for another 12 months . I smell rats and in plague proportions.
