Wow - that is a huge vote of confidence - I was hoping to get more at 15 to 17.5c, but bought just then, as the expected dilution is not happening to the extent expected, so I doubt there will be bargain basement pricing.
I have mixed feelings about the business still having higher debt levels, but assume that the lender is one that looks through the cycle a bit. Also would like to know the pricing of the warrants, but as they can be settled in cash, I guess it is a bit irrelevant.
Viburnum must be a bit disappointed, but with market conditions as they are, opportunities may present themselves to pick up a stake in other ways.
