If the previous graphics are correct, if tat is truly the benchmark and fpp "1" is 40 times better than tat, then we should be on fire. The improved fpp seems to be 3-4 times better than 1 so 100 times better than tat. If only we could find someone currently working with tat and introduce to the new improved version. I keep reading that the non specific absorbtion of cell penetrating peptides is still the major issue, including the old sink effect when inserted in humans so i wonder where we are at with that side of things. The more i read on tumor therapy it seems that there could definately be a use even for something that was directly injected into a tumor if it could actually clear it without surgery.
