    I'm wondering how Mr Reed is going sorting through everything in his change over in his first week. Looking forward to seeing his direction once he get a handle of where things are placed, what needs work and where needs "tightening up" ?
    Optimisticly hopeful. He has definitely been introduced to a company with so much potential !
