Being ever cynical perhaps he’s been put on the board purely to muzzle his articulate criticism and tireless efforts to analyse every company activity. Easy to control and marginalise a new inexperienced board member. Fascinating response to a pretty nothing announcement either a P&D (although relative HC inactivity goes against this) or more optimistically the fig leaf needed for insiders to pile in at bargain prices... time will tell.
