    A new director to strengthen the board can't hurt. Dale Champion looks a successful ag financier.

    I am pleased he already owned 3.75m KLL shares before appointment the board, so likes the investment and will think like a holder.

    He would not join the board if he thought the project was a lost cause.

    No word on progress of the 'independent financial review'.
