Not sure if this is the connection between Mark and Brandon or if it goes back further.

From a distance I'm hoping that Brandon can be more than a talking head and/or bench warmer for MWR and add some real value in helping solve the company's ongoing product design challenges as they look to roll out new products and improved versions.

With both directors appointed as NEDs, a hands-on executive consulting gig for Brandon may have been just as or more impactful rather than taking a role as NED. Although he is a design expert, his director/governance credentials aren't clear.
