I’m not sure what to make of this appointment, it comes as a bit of a surprise.
Paul is already very familiar with CMP and has worked closely with them in the past. Paul has written many analyst reports about CMP for Pac Partners and these are available on the CMP web site, although the last one on the CMP web site is early 2020. Pac partners has hosted meetings for their investors to meet with CMP management over the last few years. Paul has personally attended the recent AGM’s, (when open for investors to attend in person). Pac Partners conducted the last capital raising, in 2016.
I cant see Paul doing any more regarding Pac Partners clients. As he is still an executive director with Pac Partners, will he be promoting CMP more widely outside of Pac Partners clients? Is there some conflict of interest here?
