    I'm torn on this one to be honest - I think the project will be a winner but I'm not so sure about Managements ability to create interest or manage construction and deliver.
    Might try to pick exploration peak and cash out.
    If AOP had DCN's management I'd be a lot more confident
    Just my opinion , GLTAH
