I agree with you, except on the part about so-called ‘bickering’. If you have people determined to put forth a false narrative around ‘leaks’ and throwing shade on management then I think that needs to be countered. Serious reputational damage can be done by baseless lies. These days unfortunately you have trolls and blow-ins moving from forum to forum and dragging the dirt of conspiracy theories and shameless accusations with them.
