I like the comments in the Annual report.....
"During the financial year the Company’s share price traded between a low of $0.18 and a high of $1.10. The price volatility is a concern to the Board but is not considered abnormal for junior oil & gas explorer and emerging producer such as Red Fork. In order to keep all investors fully-informed and minimise market fluctuations the Board is determined to maintain promotional activity amongst the investor community so as to increase awareness of the Company."
So they (Management and Board) are not concerned, the top 20 holders apparently are not concerned either or they would have lit a fire under managements/Boards 'arrsses' surely.....so I guess we too should not be concerned - let who ever it is play. Let them sell on good news. Let them try to get lower entry points. Soon it will all end....and then we will continue onwards and upwards. Good to see though that they have noticed there is a problem!! They just need to put a stop to it somehow. Meanwhile, I cannot see the SP sitting at these levels to much longer.....more good news will cause a saturation point so that the sp drops cannot be sustained....till then.
