Hello Interested Onlooker,
Adding to your analogy and judging from the potential strike, I would say that the squid is either a giant one, much bigger than Jules Verne's squid in his book 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, reclining at depth with its tentacles pointing upwards tickling our imagination close to surface. Akin to Cleopatra reclining on a sofa in a palace al fresco by the banks of the Nile, with outstretched arms, eagerly anticipating Mark Anthony's arrival with his drilling equipment. Or, their are several of them, slightly smaller squids, that are in a similar reclining position and whose tentacles are reflected by the plethora of gossans at ground. What ever the analogy, BRING IN THE DRILLS!
Very detailed report with much valuable information. Well done SGQ team. This Mt. Alexander field may prove to be one of the big mineralised provinces in the 21st century.
Enjoy the day IO,
Cheers my friend,
Helmenesh
