Can't see why Ratty would sell any shares at <$0.30 past 30 June. Tax benefit is delayed 12 months - and if he is dumping for other reasons then he wouldn't have taken up the allocation in the first place.
Test will be what he does once prices are >$0.30 but for it would be irrational for him to sell IMO.
