No evidence that he has sold any since 30 June. For the moment, there is a logical explanation in gaining a substantial tax deduction.
The fact that Ratty took up the $0.30 allocation is cause for good news. It would be 100% irrational to take it up and then sell for <$0.30. I do not believe anyone would take up such a large allocation out of a moral obligation or social pressure - this is real $$ we are talking about.
Only reason to worry about Ratty is if he decides to take any profit >$0.30 instead of waiting - which may dampen any good news and break any upward momentum. Either way, he should not have taken up the allocation unless he was confident that news is coming that will ensure we return north of $0.30.
We need more data points: 4C and next months Top 20. Bring it on! :)
