Each cancer cell infected with CF33 will produce up to 10,000 viral progeny. Then, however many of those progeny infects new cancer cells will produce another 10,000 and so on. The viral load should escalate so fast that the cancer stands no chance. The numbers game is not so much virus versus cancer but virus versus the pts immune system which has its own exponential anti-viral making capability. One of the great benefits of using vaccina is about 60 of its 200 genes function to avoid the immune system. Certainly more virus at the start is obviously better. By now there should be just about enough data now to know which way the chips are going to fall.
