Since when does a high profile chairman resign and give up on salary and tens of millions of options, citing ' frustration'.
More like he can't see pie going anywhere at all, including to 1.8c to make his options in the money.
Consider other director and ceo resignations, and it becomes very clear as to what pie's prospects are.
